Seafood Royale Fair At Lewin Terrace

Japanese-French fusion restaurant Lewin Terrace has launched its Seafood Royale Fair, which features fresh seafood flown in from the Miketsukuni region of Fukui, Hyogo and Mie prefectures. Chef de cuisine Hiroyuki Shinkai will demonstrate how the seafood can be prepared. Lewin Terrace will also offer a tasting platter featuring ebi lobster from Mie, prawns from Fukui and octopuses from Hyogo.

Operation Dagger New Seasonal Menu

Operation Dagger's creative director Luke Whearty has created the bar's new seasonal menu as a reflection of the memories from his travels. For snacks, he has whipped up Yesterday's Mashed Potato ($12+), his own spin on home-cooked mash potatoes; Cured Salmon ($18+), where slices of fresh and smoked salmon are seasoned with paprika and served with orange sorbet and a lentil crisp; and Fromage ($14+), where buttery cheese foam and fig leaf milk are served with freshly baked bread sticks and tarragon flowers.
