A local start-up’s scheme to test people’s poop to analyse gut microbiome has received a good response, with hundreds of kits sold

Finance executive Kelvin Song is one of several hundred people here who have had their guts analysed. His wife and two sons have had it done too.

They ordered test kits from Singapore start-up AMiLi, short for Asian Microbiome Library, and sent in samples of their poop for testing. As part of the service, they received a detailed report on the state of their gut microbiome.
