SINGAPORE - The latest restaurant by the TungLok Group aims to partly address concerns of where people's food comes from and the cost to the environment.
Like many of the restaurants in the group, Taste by TungLok - which opened at Park Regis Singapore about two months ago - serves mainly Cantonese dishes. What is different is the source of the ingredients.
