Restaurant Review: Getting a high at Skai

Skai, which replaces Equinox, serves food with a modern sensibility in terms of textures and plating - and it's good

A new restaurant now occupies the 70th floor of Swissotel The Stamford. Creatively called Skai, it replaces Equinox, which closed earlier this year.

But if you haven't received the memo about the change, you may not notice anything different when you step into the new restaurant.
