The lawyer who represented the American at the centre of the recent HIV database leak in Singapore has quit, citing false accusations made by Mikhy Farrera-Brochez as a reason why he is no longer acting for his former client.

Farrera-Brochez, 34, had been represented by lawyer John Oakley in Lexington, Kentucky.
