US President Donald Trump arrives here today for a visit that could not have been worst timed.

It comes in a week in which British Prime Minister Theresa May was confronted with the unprecedented resignations of key Cabinet ministers, and on the very day when her government is publishing a controversial new policy paper outlining its strategy of leaving the European Union.
