The consumer 360-degree camera market might still be in its infancy, but it is gathering momentum, with such cameras appealing to users looking for a new perspective in photography.

According to market research firm GfK's point of sales tracking data across the Asia-Pacific (excluding India), 360-degree camera sales grew in the triple-digit range last year - a year after more such cameras from the likes of Samsung and LG were launched.
