It is a thrilling sight in football - that of a player dribbling at speed before beating his opponent with a flash of skill.

With the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) and Ministry of Education (MOE) reducing the number of players per primary school team from 11 to nine, and now, to eight, it is hoped that such scenes will soon be more common in the schools competition and that children swarming over the ball on a crowded field will be a thing of the past.
