The young and the old joined hands in Ang Mo Kio yesterday to make 168 rolls of popiah, since the number sounds like "prosperity all the way" in Chinese. Eighty students from various schools made the dish with 80 seniors from the Comnet Senior Services' senior activity centre and Lions Befrienders. The event was part of the first Youth Corps Service Week.
