SINGAPORE - A 19-year-old woman, Miss Felicia Teo Wei Ling, was last seen leaving for work 19 days ago.

Described as 1.6m tall, slim, slightly tanned, and with short, black hair, she had left for work from her Block 233, Bain Street flat at 6pm on June 29.

Lianhe Wanbao reported last week that Miss Teo had told her family that she would be attending a friend's wedding on June 30. However, she did not turn up at the wedding.

Her brother, 18-year-old Teo Wei De, told Lianhe Wanbao that his sister was a final-year student at Lasalle College of the Arts.

Since her disappearance, 100 friends and relatives have been searching her favourite hangouts, including Marine Parade, Clarke Quay and East Coast.

Yesterday, police appealed for anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact them on 1800-255-0000.
