A general practitioner who wrote a prescription using the name of another doctor has been struck off the medical register for dishonesty.

Dr Khoo Buk Kwong had been fined $10,000 by the State Courts in July 2017 for committing the offence in December 2014 while under a one-year suspension by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) for unrelated offences.
