Letting go so our kids can grow

My son travelled without me for the first time recently and the school trip proved to be an invaluable learning journey for both of us

The day before my son left on an overseas school trip, we bickered over certain things that should or shouldn't go into his bags.

I thought he should pack a pair of flip-flops in his luggage, just in case. He disagreed.
