LOS ANGELES - Filming on or under the water is notoriously hard but, even so, it is not often you hear a lead actress say she hated making a film and deliberately under-prepared. These are some of the admissions made by the cast and director of the new science-fiction horror flick Underwater, which opens in cinemas on Jan 30. They sheepishly reveal they did not fully know what they were getting into with this film, which has flopped at the American box office.
In the movie, Stewart and Jessica Henwick play an engineer and scientist forced to put on dive suits and do a treacherous underwater trek when an earthquake destroys their laboratory.
