A show about pregnancy and babies may sound as exciting as a trip to the mall, but Babies On Board is one of the early contenders for Channel 8's best drama this year.

Jesseca Liu plays respected obstetrician, Dr SY Pang, who is married to a surgeon turned chef, Chef Sng, played by an understated Tay Ping Hui. They stay lovey dovey years into their marriage, but both yearn to be parents.
