Recently, I wrote three feedback letters to the Land Transport Authority and obtained acknowledgement letters for all, but only one matter was attended to. I have not heard back on the other two matters.

I also wrote to Singtel to inquire about a bill, only to receive an acknowledgement letter, but the matter was not attended to as well.

All acknowledgement letters stated a time frame within which I was assured that my matter would be attended to, but those deadlines have long passed.

I am concerned about whether organisations are simply auto-generating acknowledgement letters with no intention or capacity to attend to the matters at all.
