TCM firm goes online to increase outreach

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) retailer Gu Xiang Yuan operates out of a small store in an Ang Mo Kio residential block, but its customer base is global with buyers from places as far as China, India, Taiwan and even the United States.

That is all due to the company's bold move to go online, even with its traditional product range.
