Eye doctor plans to set up foundation for kids who need tertiary education aid

Eye specialist and entrepreneur Mohamed Dirani has a goal of developing a foundation for academically inclined children who need financial help with tertiary education opportunities in medicine and entrepreneurship. He plans to set up the foundation with an initial amount of $1 million.
