Global Invacom Group looks towards secondary listing in London

Singapore-listed Global Invacom Group, which provides integrated satellite communications equipment, is exploring a secondary listing in London to raise more capital for expansion.

It has appointed British independent stockbroker finnCap to advise it on a listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM board, the group said on Tuesday.

The mainboard-listed group said it will consider issuing and placing new shares in conjunction with the proposed AIM listing, in order to raise additional funds for future expansion and other business plans.

"The board believes a secondary listing on AIM would enable the company to access new sources of capital to help meet its international growth strategy, broaden its shareholder base and enhance value for its current Singapore-based shareholders," said Global Invacom's executive chairman Tony Taylor.
