Fong Kah Kuen: Appointed chief operating officer last Thursday. Mr Fong, 62, better known as K.K. Fong, will assist the chief executive to oversee the overall business operations

and management of the group. The Xpress Holdings founder was previously a non-executive director of the firm and had stepped down as chief executive last September.

GMG Global

Alan Wong Tuan Keng: Will be appointed chief financial officer-designate on Wednesday and then chief financial officer on Aug 1. Mr Wong, 49, will oversee the group's finance functions, tax and financial reporting.

Zhou Laichun: Will cease to be chief financial officer on July 31.

Mr Zhou, 46, is leaving to pursue his personal interests. He was appointed to the role on July 1, 2013.

Soup Restaurant Group

Toh Yen Sang: Ceased to be chief financial officer and company secretary on July 3.

Ms Toh, 42, left to pursue other interests and opportunities. She was appointed to the role on Aug 1, 2012.

LHN

Yeo Swee Cheng: Appointed chief financial officer last Friday.

Ms Yeo, 51, is responsible for all finance-related areas of the group, including its treasury function, audit and tax matters.

Ms Yeo also oversees the group's investor relations, including liaising with fund managers.
