1 OLS Enterprise is acquiring BSDCN for about $6 million. BSDCN is a holding company which owns Pine, a Korean asset management company that manages a variety of public and private investment funds.

2 KOP has received approval from the Singapore Exchange for an extension of time to hold its annual general meeting for the financial year ended March 31 as its annual report is not ready yet. It now has to hold the meeting by Sept 21.

3 Sino Grandness said its subsidiary Garden Fresh (Shenzhen) Fruit & Vegetable Beverage Co has been accorded the Asia Brands Top 500 award for the third time. It added that an appraisal has valued the Garden Fresh brand at $2.64 billion.

4 Oriental Group has filed an application to the High Court of Singapore for leave to convene a meeting to consider a scheme of arrangement with its creditors. The application has been fixed for hearing on Sept 26.

5 Lifebrandz said it has used $407,000 from the proceeds of its share placement, which totalled $484,000, on working capital such as salaries and operational expenses.
