SINGAPORE - KEPPEL Land is spending about $266.4 million to double the net leasable area of an office tower in Jakarta's main financial district.
The redevelopment of the building at its International Financial Centre, to meet rising demand for office space, comes even as KepLand develops a second tower on the site.
The enlarged first tower will be integrated with the new second tower, it said in an announcement to the Singapore Exchange.
The expansion of the first tower will provide a total of 69,800 sq m of net leasable area, the company said.
