Prior to joining The Straits Times, she spent 8 years at La Vanguardia (Spain), where she led the data team and created compelling visual narratives, with a strong focus on climate change. Also, she worked as a professor in data journalism at both the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Ramon Llull University. She is passionate about digging into any kind of data, especially when it can be turned into compelling human stories and maps.
