Mr Tang Siu Nam, better known as wonton noodle specialist Master Tang, has died, at the age of 87.
Mr Tang is said to have come to Singapore in 1978. He was a head chef and trainer with Chinese restaurant chain Crystal Jade for 17 years and was known for creating the brand's signature wonton noodles and chilli sauce.
