WASHINGTON - Mikhy Farrera Brochez could be fined or jailed if he is found guilty of the charges filed against him by the US Department of Justice on Friday (Feb 22).
The charges come under Section 1028(a) of the US Code, which covers fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and information.
