Being an air stewardess is not just about travelling the world. It also means having very early call times and battling jet lag, says 25-year-old Ms Charmaine Ang.

Battling jet lag is all part of the job for air stewardess Charmaine Ang, even with early morning starts.

The 25-year-old, who has been with Singapore Airlines for almost three years, wakes up before 5am, so that she can be at the airport by 7.40am for a flight two hours later.
