In surprise twist, Armani’s will instructs heirs to gradually sell fashion brand or seek listing 

The will reportedly states heirs should sell an initial 15 per cent stake in the Italian fashion house within 18 months and later transfer an additional 30 per cent to 54.9 per cent stake to the same buyer between three and five years after Mr Giorgio Armani’s death.
