SINGAPORE - The owner of another car in Paya Lebar whose windscreen had been bashed on Sept 22 has made a police report after reading news on a similar incident in the area. This was the second incident of windscreen damage reported in the area.
On Tuesday (Sept 28), ST reported that a man had allegedly bashed the windscreen of a different car at 1am on Monday, and the act was caught on a dashboard camera.
