SINGAPORE - A week into Russia's Feb 24 invasion of Ukraine, Twitter users around the world were flooded by messages in Hindi, Malay, and Zulu in support of Russia and its President Vladimir Putin.
These tweets promoted content that pushed the idea of Mr Putin as a military strongman, images promoting Asian and African solidarity with Russia against the West, pro-Russian memes and criticism of Western nations.
