Get fit and fab at SPH's fitness festival

Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy a weekend of fun at Singapore Press Holdings' (SPH) first sports, fitness and lifestyle festival next month.

Called Feel Fab Fest (F3), the festival will have more than 45 booths offering a host of popular health, lifestyle and food products and services.

Highlights include an intensive weighted-vest workout provided by local fitness community Superfit as part of the RED-X Games, an annual fitness challenge, and a full-body workout by F45, a network of fitness studios in Australia.

The festival will be held on July 21 and 22 at Suntec Convention Centre's Halls 405 and 406.

SPH Radio DJs from two stations will be at the event. They include Glenn Ong and The Flying Dutchman from ONE FM 91.3 as well as Andrew and Wen Hong from UFM100.3.

SPH's chief marketing officer, Mr Ignatius Low, said: "This event brings together SPH's multi-platform and multilingual audiences in a unique media solution for our advertisers and partners, which include - for the first time - Sport Singapore."
