Aqua spinning, wellness workshops: New activities to try with your $100 ActiveSG credits
You can also put your claimed credits toward family-friendly activities, holiday programmes for the kids, or gym sessions and use them by 2026
From high-energy workouts to hands-on learning, ActiveSG’s programmes offer something for everyone.

If getting active is part of your plan for the new year, ActiveSG’s free credits will make it easier to get started. Existing ActiveSG members receive $100, while new joiners – including children aged three months and up – get $200 to use across a variety of fun programmes.
From dance-based workouts, youth sports classes or senior-friendly options such as gentle stretching and health assessments, there is something for age and ability.
Credits must be claimed by Dec 31 2025 and are valid through 2026. Here is a selection of classes you can sign up for.
Sweat, skills and serious fun for young athletes
Built for today’s tweens and teens, these activities blend skill-building, music and movement in ways that make fitness feel fresh and exciting.
Introductory to Urban Obstacle Laser Shooting*
Think of it as laser tag with a sporting twist. This workshop, which is open to children as young as five, combines running and laser shooting in a dynamic, gamified setup that encourages teamwork and friendly competition. Participants of all abilities can join and it is an exciting way to build focus and fitness. All equipment will be provided.
K-PopX Fitness with Dan-Z Fitness
K-PopX Fitness turns your children’s favourite Korean pop tracks into a high-energy dance workout. Expect simple, trendy choreography paired with aerobic moves and toning exercises. It is a great way to encourage kids aged seven and older to stay active, boost their confidence and have fun while moving to the beat.

How to use your ActiveSG credits
Who is eligible: All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents with a registered ActiveSG account are eligible.
What you will get:
- New members: Receive $200 in credits upon registration. Parents can link their child’s account (aged three months and above) to claim the child’s credits too.
- Existing members: Enjoy $100 in credits.
Where to use your credits:
- Active Health programmes and booking of facilities: Credits can be used in cover the full cost
- School Holiday programmes: 60 per cent of the cost can be paid with credits
- Learn-to-Play programmes: 30 per cent of the cost can be paid with credits
Log in to MyActiveSG+ via Singpass to claim your credits by Dec 31 2025. Use your claimed credits by 2026. The extension of the 60 per cent credit offset limit for School Holiday Programmes and the 100 per cent offset limit for Active Health programmes will be available until Dec 31 2026. Fun workouts the whole family can enjoy
Few things bring families closer than getting active together. These parent-child programmes are designed to strengthen bonds and create lasting memories through movement and play.
Kids and Parent Bonding Yoga
Find your flow – together. This single-session yoga class invites parents and children (from age five and up) to stretch, breathe, and relax as a team. Yoga is the perfect way to slow down, connect, and rediscover balance amid busy schedules.

Hoop Fitness Beginner
Spin, sway and strengthen your core with this hula-hooping workout that is as nostalgic as it is effective. Open to participants aged seven and above, this class helps tone the waist, abs, thighs, and arms – all while keeping things lighthearted for the whole family.
Boogie Bounce Xtreme
Fitness meets fun on a mini trampoline! Suitable for kids as young as seven and adults, this upbeat workout combines a cardio routine with toning moves for the core, hips, and legs. Boogie Bounce Xtreme is a joyful, energy-boosting way for parents and children to get active together.

Book a facility
Prefer to do your own thing? Spend the day at one of ActiveSG’s feature swimming pools such as Heartbeat@Bedok, Choa Chu Kang, Pasir Ris and Sengkang. With wave pools, lazy rivers, and water slides to explore, it is easy to turn fitness into family playtime. Or opt for an indoor workout at your nearest ActiveSG gym and show your kids the ropes on how to use exercise equipment. Entry is easy on the wallet – $1.50 for youths (12 and above), $2.50 for adults, and $1.50 for seniors.
Restorative, low-impact activities for older adults
It is never too late to begin a healthier chapter, or to keep building on one. These low-impact programmes inspire older adults to move with purpose, build strength, and connect through shared wellness experiences.

Deep Tissue Self-Massage & Stretch
Release tension and move with ease in this rejuvenating session that uses foam rollers, lacrosse balls and peanut balls for myofascial release. Paired with gentle static stretching, it helps improve flexibility, reduce stiffness and lower the risk of muscle strain.

Part spin class, part splash zone – Aqua Spinning is the latest fitness workout making waves. Pedal to upbeat playlists, feel the water resistance fire up your legs and glutes, and ride that post-workout endorphin high. It is low-impact, and set to energising beats. Just bring your aqua shoes and best hype friend.
