SINGAPORE - Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally speech on Sunday (Aug 19).
Mr Lee will speak on four issues that are on people's minds: the cost of living, water and electricity prices, medical costs and housing. He will also talk about changes taking place internationally.
He will deliver his speech at the Institute of Technical Education College Central campus in Ang Mo Kio.

The English speech will be streamed live on the ST website from 8.15pm.
Before this, Mr Lee will be speaking in Malay from 6.45pm, then Mandarin.
