When I was in junior college, the canoeing club had an annual rowing challenge to fundraise for charity. The event T-shirt was among the popular co-curricular activity (CCA) tops worn around school. Printed in bold neon letters across the back was the slogan: “When the muscle fails, the mind takes over.”
When it comes to exercise and millennials, there are usually two ends of the extreme – the maniacally fit and those who are desk-bound and screen-glued – with the rest of us scattered in between.
