SINGAPORE - Celebrity chef Gaggan Anand has resigned from his eponymous fine-dining restaurant Gaggan in Bangkok.

He told The Sunday Times over the telephone that his lawyers had sent in his resignation on June 24, one day before The World's 50 Best Restaurants award ceremony in Singapore which he attended.
