SINGAPORE – Barely a year after opening French-Japanese restaurant Cuisson in Tanjong Pagar, chef-owner Jonathan Koh shut it down on June 17. 

He shelved all expansion plans and went back to running his four-year-old French-style restaurant Voyage in Outram Road.
