SINGAPORE – Two luxury hotels here saw their Chinese restaurants taken over this year by new chefs who promise to put them high on the radar of food connoisseurs.

And the eagerly awaited new menus they launched in October at Shang Palace in Shangri-La Singapore and Cassia in Capella Singapore did not disappoint.
