SINGAPORE – Come Oct 10, the one-Michelin-starred Chef Kang’s restaurant in Mackenzie Road will shutter for good after 10 years of serving deep-fried crispy pork belly and other classic Cantonese dishes.
Calling it his “Perfect 10”, chef Ang Song Kang – better known as Chef Kang – says he has been “dancing with fire” his whole life, with no successor in sight.
