SINGAPORE - Ms Yvonne Low suffered from poor sleep and lower back and neck pain due to working long hours and not exercising much.
After 26 years in marketing jobs, she decided to take a break from the corporate rat race to spend more time with her daughters and care for her mother, who has dementia.
