SINGAPORE – Singaporean poet Yu Fan waxed lyrical about food – more specifically, chef Pang Kok Keong’s dishes – at a Singapore Writers Festival programme on Nov 9.
Held at Hawker Street at Square 2, Poetry Of Handcrafted Hakka Food was a celebration of Hakka cuisine which attracted a small party of more than 20 participants, including three Hakka and several mainland Chinese intrigued by the food culture.
