SINGAPORE - At Singapore Art Week earlier this year, warehouse space Tanjong Pagar Distripark was the talk of the town. But as attention shifts to the newly anointed arts hub at the port, is leafy Gillman Barracks feeling the chill?

Many are questioning the fate of the arts cluster off Alexandra Road, which opened in a former British military barracks in 2012 but has since been troubled by change.
