TAIPEI – Chef Ernest Toh may have spent the past eight years living and working in Taiwan, but the 32-year-old is a Singaporean through and through.
He welcomes this reporter at his Taipei restaurant, Earnestos, dressed in a Singapore Armed Forces admin T-shirt, and immediately starts brewing a tea imported from the Republic.
