Ez-link system for cab rides would be a hassle for tourists

There is one problem with Ms Nancy Quek's suggestion ("Tap tech to improve taxi experience"; May 18).
Making it compulsory for passengers to tap their ez-link card before their cab journey can begin makes it very difficult for tourists and business travellers here.
