Christopher Tan

He has been a journalist with Singapore Press Holdings since 1983. He has held various jobs, including page design, sub-editing, magazine work and running a photo desk. But his real passion is writing, specifically about motoring and transport. This passion led him to do a Master of Science in Urban Transport Management with UniSIM at the ripe old age of 50. He is Senior Transport Correspondent with The Straits Times and Consulting Editor for motoring monthly Torque.
Ofo was originally allowed to have 25,000 bicycles, but the operator had requested to reduce that to 10,000. Both LTA and ofo declined to reveal the actual size of the fleet.
