BEIJING - Chinese Premier Li Keqiang appeared oblivious to the biggest news in the world when he delivered his annual work report to Parliament on Saturday morning (March 5).

Russia's invasion of Ukraine and its snowballing repercussions were conspicuously absent from his work report.
