WASHINGTON - Over the past 30 to 35 years, there have been frequent predictions of the world of humanity and nation states breaking into blocs - and Dr Adam Posen, the president of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, has always believed these to be exaggerated.
But "I think this time it's for real", he told The Straits Times.
