BERLIN, GERMANY (REUTERS) - A real life replica of US President Donald Trump is the latest addition to Berlin's Madame Tussauds and will go on display from Oct 20, the wax museum said on Tuesday (Oct 17).

According to a spokeswoman, it was the visitors' explicit wish to have a Trump figure among personalities like his predecessor Barack Obama and representatives from sports and show business.

Nina Zerbe, standing next to the Trump figure dressed in white shoes and showing the thumbs up sign, said that 16 specialists had been working on the US president for four months, based on body measurements supplied by the White House.

Asked whether the museum was worried about the Trump figure's safety, Zerbe said she saw no controversy "whatsoever".
