WASHINGTON - United States Vice-President Kamala Harris' upcoming Aug 22-26 trip to Singapore and Vietnam is seen as warming up US engagement with the region, analysts say.
Both countries are friendly places where Ms Harris will not encounter hostility, and it will be easy to showcase the relationships, analysts said.
