WASHINGTON - In the United States capital, Vice-President Kamala Harris' record in office has been thus far largely seen as underwhelming.
The view is shared outside the Washington bubble - an average of polls by political analytics website Five Thirty Eight on Wednesday (Aug 17) put her disapproval rating at 53.2 per cent - only a tad behind President Joe Biden's 55 per cent.
