WASHINGTON (AFP) - The White House on Sunday condemned the reported execution of 30 Ethiopian Christians in Libya as "brutal mass murder," following a video released by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) militants claiming the killings.

"The United States condemns in the strongest terms the brutal mass murder purportedly of Ethiopian Christians" by ISIS-affiliated terrorists in Libya, National Security Council spokesman Bernadette Meehan said in a statement.
