US President Biden signals Senate battle over voting rights

WASHINGTON - United States President Joe Biden opened a new battle on the legislative front on Tuesday (Jan 11) with a fiery speech in Atlanta, Georgia, for two voting rights Bills.

But the Democrats will have to change the rules in the Senate in order to get them passed - hence the President's challenge to the Senate, as well as his appeal to the Democratic base.
