WASHINGTON - Just days ago, Fox News host Laura Ingraham - a prominent right-wing amplifier whose show ranked fourth among the top 10 cable news programmes in 2018 - suggested the United States boycott China.
Ms Ingraham acknowledged the suggestion was provocative. But she had a chorus.
